What this site collects
The marketing site is static. It sets no analytics cookies and sends no information to the Mainline appliance. If privacy-respecting analytics are added, this page must identify them before deployment.
Demo scheduling
Booking will use an approved third-party scheduler. Information entered there will be handled under that provider’s terms and privacy policy. Mainline will not build a custom marketing form that posts into systems inside the patient-data boundary.
Patient information
No patient information belongs on this site or its hosting account. Demonstration recordings must use a consenting human caller, a fictional patient, and a fictional practice. Real patient audio, transcripts, names, or details are prohibited.
If you email hello@mymainline.ai, the message is retained as needed to respond and conduct the requested business conversation.
Text messages (SMS)
Mainline sends exactly one kind of text message: a one-time passcode used to verify a caller’s identity during a telephone call to a practice that uses Mainline. There are no marketing, promotional, or recurring messages of any kind.
How consent is given. Consent is verbal and is given on the call itself. A patient telephones the practice, asks for information only a verified patient may receive, and is told aloud that a code is being sent to the phone number already on file before any message goes out. A message is never sent to a number the practice did not already have on file for that patient, and never to a number obtained any other way.
Frequency and cost. One message per verification attempt, sent only in response to the caller’s own request on a live call — at most three attempts and two resends per call. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out stops all further passcodes to that number; identity then cannot be verified by text on later calls, and practice staff verify by other means instead.
Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information — phone numbers, opt-in status, or consent — is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. A phone number is used only to deliver the passcode and is passed to the messaging carrier solely for that delivery. Passcodes are stored only as a hash, expire in five minutes, and are single-use.
Business Associate Agreement
A Business Associate Agreement with Mainline is available when the support and deployment relationship makes Mainline a business associate of the practice.
