Call it. Any hour, no appointment.

The demo line is the actual Mainline agent, set up as Cedarline Family Medicine—a fictional practice in Canton, Ohio. Ask it whatever your front desk gets asked.

  • Answers 24/7, same system a practice would run
  • Fictional practice, fictional patients—never share real medical details
  • Calls are capped at a few minutes and are not recorded

Things worth trying.

Each one exercises a different part of the system. Interrupt it, change your mind mid-sentence, mumble—that is the point.

01

Ask for a refill

“I need a refill on my metformin.” It should collect the details, read them back, and say the request goes to staff for review—never that it was approved.

02

Request an appointment

“I’ve had a cough for about a week.” It takes your preferred times and promises a callback to confirm. It will not claim to have booked anything.

03

Ask about the practice

Hours, parking, which insurance they take, whether Dr. Lane is in on Fridays. Answers come from the practice’s own information, not guesses.

04

Ask for your own records

“When is my next appointment?” Watch it refuse to read anything back until caller verification is connected—it keeps personal details closed.

05

Say something urgent

Mid-intake, say you have chest pain and trouble breathing. It should stop the flow immediately and give 911 guidance.

06

Try to break it

Talk over it, go off-topic, ask it to ignore its instructions. It is the real agent, so whatever happens is what your patients would get.

Real caller. Real Mainline.

We’re staging a call with fictional details so you can hear the natural pauses, interruptions, and unedited responses.

  • Human caller
  • The same Mainline experience
  • No patient information

Staged with a consenting human caller, the actual agent, and a fictional patient and practice. No real patient call or patient information is used.
